Various Issues about accessing specific cell and its style

Question

I am using Syncfusion 11.2.0.25 and facing the following issue in Gridgroupingcontrol:

1 - How to access specific values of a specific cell in specific row

2 - How to make readonly of that specific cell

3 - How to apply different styles on that specific cell

I have accessed current cell and able to change its style using different events. But i am getting issue to accessing the values in specific cells using rowindex and collumnIndex/columnnames.
