How to SpreadsheetControl and SpreadsheetRibbon of an element or a control?

I create a SpreadsheetControl ,I don't want to create SpreadsheetRibbon in code once again.

We have analyzed your query and If you want the SpreadsheetRibbon associated with Spreadsheet control, then you need to create SpreadsheetRibbon separately.
