Doc-To-Pdf: PDF differences from Word version

Hi, we're converting a doc to a pdf and we noticed there are some changes between the source doc and the pdf that gets generated.

Please see the attached file to see some samples.

We also noticed that the page number is at the bottom of the page in word and at the top in the pdf.

Is there a way to fix those discrepancies?

Thanks in advance for your help!
