Splitter ResizeMode options..... can't find descriptions.

Hello,

 

I am using Syncfusion in my ASP.NET web app and have been looking at the Splitter control.  There are three options for the ResizeMode property: AdjacentPane, EndPane, and Proportional.  I can't find a description of these options anywhere.  Can someone explain the differences since I don't see any difference when I switch between them.
