DOCIO UpdateTableofContents does not work correctly.

using "UpdateTableOfContents();" method

throw exception "Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.\rParameter name: index"

 

if reopened document file then does not throw exception.

but does not work correctly. toc missing many contents.

in word 2010, F9 function is work correctly..

how can use UpdateTableOfContents() correctly?
