version 9.3 grid tree control checkbox problem

I have a very strange and frustrating problem with the control. i have defined a checkbox column and i populate the control through the requesttreeitems event. for some strange reason , when i click the checkbox , its value never changes. i have set the iseditable=true and it didn't help.

what can be the problem ????

We have analyzed your query and we have face the issue “Check Box state did not change in the single click “. Are you mention this is an issue if it is could you please upgrade to our recent version 11.1.0.21 to resolve the problem. Otherwise could you please share your simple sample to replicate the issue. That would be very helpful for us to provide solution earlier.
