Template Marker - HeaderName?? Needs explanation

I don't understand the use of the HeaderName attribute of Template Markers. The way I understand it this attribute gets written above the column of the class property.
So if I have a class named "people" and a property called "name", then TemplateMarkerAttributes("Person Name") puts "Person Name" above the column where I have placed the marker "%people.name". If this is right, this is not working for me.

Can somebody please enlighten me?

Regards
Heiko
