asp.net schedule sample

Hi

Your asp.net schedule data binding sample links the schedule control to an access database, but the appointments table 'Owner' column contains either 0 or 1, and yet the resources table has 2 entries with ID=1 and ID=2, and yet the appointments link. This implies they are not linking on resource ID, rather just the order in which they return from the resource table, and I have proved this by adding a new resource ID=25 and then setting the owner column in the appointments table to 2 and it links!!!!

How do I correctly link them to use the resource ID column rather then just the order in which they return?

Hi Paul McGee,

 

We have already confirmed the above specified issue with “Resources not retrieved based on the Unique ResourceID” as a defect and also logged a defect report as per your query in the incident 104047. Please have a follow up with the incident 104047 for further details and also for acquiring the required patch for it. We will deliver the fix for this issue on 27 February, 2013 as specified earlier in that incident.

I am having the same issue. The "owner" column in appointment table doesn't link to Resources table "ID' column.

 

Do you have this "defect" fixed?
