Pivot Grid

I'm looking for an option in the pivot grid to allow column to be dragged and dropped and the option to add/remove columns at runtime via the userinterface.
 
e.g.

We have 20 columns in the grid an it should be possible for the user to arrange the data via drag and drop...
 
it seems to me that there is totally no customization possible to the grid for user...
