Diagram Control Export as Image

I've read some of the documentation for the Diagram Control, but it appears to still be missing a few methods in the WinRT version.

I'm trying to export the diagram to an image, but the control doesn't appear to have the "ExportDiagramAsImage" from: http://www.syncfusion.com/support/kb/244/How%20to%20export%20Diagram%20into%20image%20and%20Word%20document

Does the WinRT version support exporting as an image yet? if so are you able to provide a link with further documentation or perhaps an example?

Hi Lucas,

 

Regarding exporting Diagram Control to an Image, currently we do not have a support to export a diagram as an Image. WinRT framework does have support to convert UIElements into image or any format of image like writable bitmap. This feature is already in our feature queue. We will implement this feature in any of our upcoming releases, but we do not have any immediate plan.

Hi Lucas,

The requested feature “Export the diagram to an image” is currently not available. As already said, due to some limitations in WinRT framework, we do not have any immediate plan to implement this feature.

Regarding the given link for “How to export Diagram into image and Word document?”, it refers to KB article for Windows Forms version of diagram.
