JavaScript error with MVC2 Chart

Hi, I'm having some trouble with the Chart control from version 8.203.0.18. There are currently two JavaScript errors, the first is this:

Line: 20725
Error: Sys.InvalidOperationException: 'backgroundColor' is not a property or an existing field.

The second is this:

Line: 21207
Error: Sys.ArgumentUndefinedException: Value cannot be undefined.
Parameter name: id

I've spent a bit of time trying to figure out why these are happening, but I haven't been able to determine a cause.

I forgot to mention...

I tried upgrading to a trial of the current version, but I still get the 'id' error. Also, this is breaking other JavaScript on the page.
