Feedback on ChartsControl (10.4.0.57)

With the Betarefresh Version 10.4.0.57 Charts with Adornments are not usable anymore.

Instead i get the following exception:

You can replicate the problem if you compile the sample application and try to start the "Chart" Demo in the "All Controls" category.
