Hi Dwpaiyan,

Thank you for using Syncfusion products.

Essential XlsIO support to convert the excel files to an HTML document. But we are not able to supper for editing the cells in the HTML document. Please to through the following online sample link for converting the  excel data to an HTML file.

http://asp.syncfusion.com/demos/reporting/xlsio/Sheet%20Manipulations/WorksheetToHTML/CS/WorksheetToHTML.aspx

However, We have Essential ASP Grid control with Syncfusion to modify the grid cells in the Web document. We have prepared the sample for importing the Excel data to an ASP Grid and to modify the grid cells. Please get the attached sample and let us know if this helps you.

Also, Please go through the following online sample link for editing the ASP Grid cells.

http://asp.syncfusion.com/demos/ui/gridgrouping/CRUD%20Operations/EditingModes/cs/EditingModes.aspx

Please let me know if you require any further clarifications.

Thanks,
