Upgrading from version 2.1 (old) version to 8.4 or above

I am upgrading a project which was using Syncfusion 2.1 to version 8.4

There following assemblies which no longer exist in 8.4. But from the names of 8.4 assemblies I am thinking the old assemblies were renamed with platform suffix (Windows, WPF)

Syncfusion.Shared.Windows.dll

Is my assumption correct ? Is there any information / tool for upgrading ?

Thanks for using Syncfusion products.

Yes, for all the Syncfusion assemblies respective platform name has been included as suffix from the v6.1.

We have project migration tool, it will migrate the projects from one syncfusion version to another version.Since we have provided the project migration tool from the Syncfusion v9.2. You need to migrate to any of our latest Syncfusion version (Ex:10.3.0.43).
