Localize DateTime Pickers Title and Buttons

How can I localize the title "Choose Time" and "Choose Date" and the texts on buttons "Done" and "Cancel"?
And also is it possible to hide the "AM/PM" picker, if you have a format string with "HH:mm" -> In our culture, we use 24h and not AM/PM
Another question related to localization: Is it possible to change the order of the date pickers from Month - Day - Year to Day- Month - Year, according to the culture?
