The cause of
issue may be because of not refer required assemblies from GAC in the MVC application.
We suggest you to check whether all the required assemblies were available in
GAC or installed all MVC products in your system. We suspect that the issue
might occur due to missing of any dll in your application. Please refer the attached screenshot for
dlls.
