Grid is invisile

We are evaluating the Grid product for a new project

We have tried to use the grid component in one of our existing projects by looking at your samples, and following the instructions here http://help.syncfusion.com/UG/User%20Interface/ASP.NET%20MVC/Grid/default.htm#!documents/613howdoiaddessentia.htm

The grid is rendered to the resuling html source, but is hidden.

We also tried to create a new project, and follow the same instructions, but with the same result (no visible grid).

I have attached a sample project.
