Set color and alignment of RibbonWindow title text.

Hi, I'm currently using the RibbonWindow and for reasons that I'm not sure of, when setting the window's style to Office2007Black, the title text of the window turns white and is no longer vertically centered (it seems to align to the top).  White is unreadable and a top aligned title text just looks odd.  Is there a way to change this?  The title text in the Office2010Black style looks good, why can't the same be applied to 2007Black?  This issue can be replicated in the first RibbonSample demo.  Thanks.
