Replacing SyncFusion Icon in Ribbon

I have a WPF Ribbon with the Office 2k10 Black theme, and in the upper left hand corner is the syncfusion icon.  How can I replace that with a different graphic/icon?

We have achieved your requirement of changing the Icon in ribbonwindow by using the Office2010Icon property. We have attached the modified sample.
