How to implement an Options dialog like in Office 2007 Word?

In Word 2007 under the Home button there is a button named "Word Options". The "Word Options" button opens up a modal dialog with a distinct style as shown in the attachment. We use a RibbonControlAdv with a Home button like in Office 2007. There is a container, RibbonControlAdv.SystemPanel.Items, which allows placing items into itself to mimic the Home button in Office 2007.

Does Syncfusion provide a way to implement the Options dialog itself? Please view the attachment.

The attachment shows an example of the Options dialog from the program Snagit.

We are using Syncfusion 9.4.0.6 Windows Forms.

Thanks,
Adam
