Node OnMouseEnter OnMouseLeave or how to show custom tooltip

My question is whether the nodes have events such as OnMouseOver and OnMouseLeave? How can I display my custom node tooltip? Is there any way to achieve this functionality?

Nevermind. Sorry for wasting time. I have found out that there are node MouseEnter and MouseLeave events.
