IRange.FindFirst Overload for Exact Matching

Question

I'd love a FindFirst overload with options to do an exact match. I see the worksheet has this but ranges do not. In my case I need to search a specific range for a value, not the entire worksheet. With no exact match, I have to do a FindFirst, check and see if the match is exact and if not start up another FindFirst narrowing my IRange to exclude the first partial one that was found.
