We are afraid that we are not able to reproduce the issue reported by you. The Captcha is working fine and it did not throw any configuration error.

Kindly have a look at the sample and if still issue exists, could you please try reproducing the issue in above sample so that we could sort out the cause of issue and provide you the solution.
