Hello! We are trying to do something that is probably very simple but we just can’t get it to work.
We have two tables in our database that are a parent child relationship.
We use the Entity Framework and Linq to get the data.
We are trying to get the GroupBar to resemble the two tables. The parent table, will fill the GroupBar Header and the child table will supply data to the GroupView.
We can get the GroupBar to work fine but we cannot get the GroupView to populate. Our various attempts have got us close but we are missing something.
Any example or ideas on how to move forward will be greatly appreciated.
In this sample, we have used the CreationDataSet where we get the custom data from the database. Using ObjectDataProvider the Dataset is filled with data and we bind the “Emp” table in GroupBar from the ObjectDataProvider. Header template and content template is defined to show the data’s in the GroupBar.

Hi , i am new to syncfusin libraries and i am just studing di examples, so i tried to download the sample named in this thread but the sistem say access denied ...may you explain why and how to download?

Syncfusion has stopped providing support for some platforms. Please refer to the below link to know about Syncfusion version for each platform from which we have stopped.
Currently we have released Essential studio version (18.3.0.35). In Syncfusion, we have EJ1 (jQuery based controls library) and EJ2 (pure JavaScript based controls library) controls. Please check the below links to know more about Syncfusion controls.
