404 Not found when generating charts

I'm having an issue when generating charts where sometimes it will show as a broken image (firebug tells me its a 404 not found). Usually this happens when trying to display multiple charts on the one page. When trying to display multiple charts it will show some of them but the rest are broken images. However when refreshing the page they display fine.

Where-abouts have I gone wrong?

Could you please confirm to us, you are getting this issue while you are using chart control in Windows Azure platform or normal web page, so that we could sort out the cause of the issue and provide you a solution?
