Need to get the month and year selected in the Scheduler control

Hi i'm using Scheduler control Version=8.103.0.30, how do i get the select month and year, whenever the user clicks the next and previous arrow buttons in monthwise strip, i want to keep that in a session and send that to sql to generate report, need help, its urgent, Thanks in advance.
