MVC grid theme missing on deployed app

I am using the MVC grid with Office2007Blue theming. On my development machine is works fine. On the customer's web site the grids appear as tables with no theming (screen shot attached).

I'm guessing I am missing some Dll's in the Bin folder on the customer site. What exactly are the DLL's requited to get grid theming to work?

We suspect that you would have missed to add the AjaxMin.dll in bin folder. Please find the list of assemblies need to be referenced in your application for the usage of Grid MVC from the following link.
