Hi Alok,

Thanks for using Syncfusion products.

Query#1:"Template column is not defined"

We are sorry for inconvenience caused. We are unable to reproduce the issue. We have prepared a simple sample and the same can be downloaded from the following links.

Could you please try the above sample and get back to us whether you are able to reproduce the issue? If not, could you please give more information or by reproducing the issue in the above sample so that we could sort out the issue and provide you with solution. The information provided would be of great help in resolving the issue.

Query#2:"The given key was not present in the dictionary."

We would like to know you that while doing custom filter, any one of the two radio buttons for And and Or must get checked. If none of it gets checked, your reported issue will arise. This has been confirmed as a defect. We suggest you to create a incident using your Direct-Trac account , so that we can be able to give the fix for the issue.

Please let me know if you have any concern.
