MVC Rich Text Editor issue with .ShowInsertFormElement(false)

Minor issue

When .ShowInsertFormElement(false) and the user clicks the tab to switch between "Rich Text Editor" tab and "HTML Source" tab, an error error occurs in the dynamic script:

at this line:

if (this._formElement._isContextMenuOpen)


this._formElement is null at this point.

If I switch .ShowInsertFormElement to true, then the error goes away.

I do not want the user to see the Insert Form Element option for this application. More importantly, the user does not want to see it!

Please have a look at the sample and if issue persists, could you please try reproducing the issue in above sample which would be more helpful for us to analyse.
