Direct-Trac Incident Creator / Editor Not Working

When I try to open Direc-Trac I'm receiving the following browser error:

I'm running IE8 and have tried both compatability mode and non-compatability mode. I have refreshed the browser page, flushed my DNS resolver cache, deleted temporary internet files / cookies, logged out and back in etc, all to no avail.

Additionally it looks like this error is causing the text-box on the page to not work so I can't actually enter anything.

Error is now resolved. I take it there was some maintenance going on?
