Problem with {=SUM(ABOVE)}

Good Day!

Using DocIO, version 9.4.0.62

I write formula {=SUM(ABOVE)} for calculate sum in table's column.
When i generate document I see message "!Undefined Bookmark, ABOVE".

My word's template you can take from attachment.

Could you help me find solution this problem, please?
