Can''t see tab header in TabControlAdv

Hi,
I am using Syncfusion version 3.2.1.0.
It was in older .Net version (1.X) but now we have upgrades the project to .Net 4.0. I am using TabControlAdv through out the project and it compiles and builds without any error. While we run application, there is not error as well, but problem is it doesn't display header section of tabs.
Means, if I have 5 tabPages in my tab and I have selected first tab (say Tab1) then it shows the what is inside the Tab1 but it doesn't show's header like Tab1|Tab2|Tab3 etc. So I can't see how many and what tabs I have and I can switch or select any other tab as well.

Project running under deadline so if you give the solution ASAP then it would be much appreciated.

We don’t have 4.0 Framework support in syncfusion 3.2 version.So, please upgrade your applications to the latest version.
