Unsupported security filter: Adobe.APS

With some pdf files, I get an error, Invalid Format: Unsupported Security Filter: Adobe.APS

We get these pdfs from an external source and then try to append them with other documents. Any ideas why we get this error and how to prevent it?

Currently we do not support loading of PDF documents enabled with Adobe Policy Server Url. Could you please send us a PDF document so that we can check and get back to you?
