Hi Mohammed,

Thank you for your interest in Syncfusion products.

I was able to reproduce the problem which occurs due to non-English culture settings. Could you please create a direct trac incident so that I can update you with further details regarding the issue?

Please let me know if you have any questions.

what solution you propose, to correct the problem?
since by changing parameters
System.Threading.Thread.CurrentThread.CurrentCulture = new System.Globalization.CultureInfo ("en-GB");
it does not solve the problem.

Thank you for your help,
say that I am still in demo version.

Hi Mohammed,

Thank you for the details.

The direct trac incident regarding the exception thrown due to non English (en-US) culture settings have been updated with details. Could you please follow-up the same?
