Error when create report with TemplateMarker

I have using report create TemplateMarker. But when I load template then error display with message:
Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Data is OK
Template create is ok

but when I call method marker.Apply() -> error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Help me

We have created the template marker. We could not able to reproduce the reported issue from our side when calling the method ApplyMarkers(). I have placed the sample along with the video snap shot for the same in the below link. Please try this at your side and let us know if this helps you.
