Toolbar - RegisterScript error

I am getting following error when I am adding Toolbar control on my Razor page.

"Unable to get value of the property 'registerCSS': object is null or undefined"

I have added all required assemblies, scripts and CSS using following link.

Can somebody tell me what's wrong with it?

Thanks for your interest in syncfusion products.

We are afraid that we are unable to reproduce the reported error. We have prepared a simple sample to demonstrate the behavior of the Tab control.
