How to sort a GridControl programmatically?

Hi,

Can anyone tell me as to how to sort a GridControl (and not GridGroupingControl or GridDataBoundGrid)? I have the field name and I would like to sort the grid on it.

Hi Nihar,

Please refer to the following browser sample that implements sorting in GridControl. This sample will show you how to implement header-click sorting in your grid. The header cell draws a sort icon to indicate that the column has been sorted in a particular direction.
