Needing to make a deadline, Ken Klauder turned to Syncfusion for help.
In any industry, meeting deadlines is crucial. Whether it is submitting a report on time or being prepared for a weekly office meeting, we all have deadlines. Ken Klauder was no exception. Faced with a time crunch to stay on schedule with production, Klauder needed Xamarin and UWP controls that would work with his product.
His application, which allows field personnel to enter time and billing, targets all mobile platforms and Windows 10 UWP. Without a working grid control, this would have been impossible.
“Syncfusion had the only real workable grid for my UWP solution,” said Klauder.
Klauder made extensive use of the grid's support for CRUD operations, sorting, grouping, and aggregate functions in building the application. He also used Syncfusion's busy indicator control for Xamarin when submitting data into the back-end system. Of course, as with all development work, this project ran into a minor hiccup or two.
When Klauder encountered some issues, Syncfusion’s support team was quick to provide workarounds and detailed examples to help solve them.
“After some quick fixes from [Syncfusion’s] support team, I was able to push our product into production on schedule,” said Klauder.
