My Current Role
I currently work as a Senior Product Manager in the Website team. My role is to oversee key areas of the website, including sales, payments, product releases, and customer support. I am responsible for ensuring these areas function smoothly, identifying improvements wherever needed, and taking ownership of them from end to end. Since these are the core areas I handle, I make sure they continue to improve and operate effectively.
My Experience Throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I would describe myself as a calm and grounded person who believes in keeping life simple. I’m someone who stays committed to whatever I take up, giving it my best until it’s completed. One quality that defines me is endurance—I adapt easily, stay consistent, and rarely get bored, whether it’s work or everyday routines. I value having a small circle of meaningful relationships and enjoy spending time with the people who matter most to me.
Outside of work, I like to unwind by watching science fiction movies and playing games on my PlayStation. These simple moments help me relax and recharge.
My Career Journey
Growing up, I always imagined myself becoming an automotive designer, as I came from a mechanical background and never expected to build a career in software. However, during my school days, I used to learn programming languages like C and Java out of curiosity. Little did I know that this interest would eventually open the door to a completely different career.
After completing college, I was exploring job opportunities when a friend who was working at Syncfusion told me about a walk-in interview. I attended the interview, got selected, and joined Syncfusion in 2015 as a Software Engineer in the Website team.
The transition wasn’t easy. Coming from a mechanical background, learning new technologies from scratch was challenging. Looking back, those early challenges became valuable learning experiences that helped shape my career. Today, I’m satisfied with the path that led me into IT.
My Advice to New Employees
If there’s one piece of advice I’d like to share with new employees, it’s this: never stop learning and always stay curious about what’s next. The knowledge you bring with you when you join a company is only the beginning. Technology is evolving faster than ever, and with the rapid pace of AI, what you learn today can become outdated much sooner than you expect.
That’s why learning shouldn’t stop with your day-to-day work. Make time to explore beyond your responsibilities, keep building new skills, and never think you’ve learned enough. Curiosity and continuous learning will help you stay relevant, adapt to change, and grow throughout your career.
My Inspiration
On a personal level, my biggest inspiration has always been my parents. I grew up observing the way they approached life and handled different situations, and that has influenced me in many ways.
Professionally, it’s difficult for me to name just one person because I’ve been inspired by many people throughout my career. From my seniors and managers to the leads I’ve worked with, each of them has inspired me in different ways and taught me valuable lessons. Every one of them has played a part in shaping my professional journey, and I’m grateful for everything I’ve learned from them.
Give your best without expectations and let the results speak in their own time.

More About Me
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
Values I Live By
One of the values I hold closest is compassion for all living beings. I don't believe that my life should come at the cost of another living being, which is why I've chosen to follow a vegetarian lifestyle. While I respect the choices of others, this is a personal principle that I strongly believe in and have remained committed to throughout my life. It's a value that guides the way I live today, and one that I will continue to follow in the years to come.
How the Journey Shaped Me
Looking back, my journey has helped me become more patient and improve my people management skills. Working with different managers gave me the opportunity to learn from their experiences and approaches. Over time, I understood that every manager has a different way of leading people, and I gradually adopted the qualities I admired to develop my own approach.
Gratitude Along the Journey
When I think about who I'm most grateful for, it's my grandfather. He is no longer with us, but he will always remain one of the most important people in my life. There isn't one specific incident that defines my gratitude because he did so much for me throughout my life. His presence, guidance, and constant support meant everything to me. Even today, I miss him deeply, and I'm grateful for the lasting impact he had on the person I am today.
My Perspective on Leadership
I believe patience is one of the most important qualities of a good leader. Every individual is different, and leading people requires patience to work with different personalities and situations. Equally important is knowing how to communicate with each person in the way they respond best. To me, leadership is about guiding people rather than simply teaching them and learning how to bring out the best in different individuals is a continuous journey.
A Moment I Would Relive
If I could relive one moment in my life, it would be the day my daughter was born in 2024. Nothing compares to the joy and emotion of welcoming her into the world, and it's a memory I'll always hold close to my heart.
The moment I'd truly want to experience again is the day I became a father.
