My Current Role
I work as a Senior Product Manager in the Center of Excellence team, where I focus on analytics and operations. My responsibility is to turn business data into meaningful insights that support better decision-making across the organization. It is a role that demands both accuracy and ownership, as the quality of our work directly influences important business decisions. I enjoy being part of a team whose work contributes to the company’s growth while also giving me opportunities to continuously learn and expand my perspective.
My Experience Throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I am a calm and introverted person who usually takes time to open up in new environments, but once I become comfortable, I enjoy building close and meaningful connections with people. I believe in approaching every situation with patience and respect, preferring calm conversations over harsh reactions.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading Tamil literature – especially Velpari, and occasionally write Tamil poetry. Having grown up in an agricultural family, I still stay connected to my roots through small farming and gardening activities whenever I can. I also enjoy playing cricket, a passion that has stayed with me since childhood and continues to be one of my favorite ways to relax and connect with others.
My Career Journey
Since childhood, I dreamed of building a career in the IT industry. After completing my engineering degree, I wasn’t placed through campus recruitment, so I moved to Chennai in search of opportunities. I attended several interviews, but many of them felt challenging because the selection process often focused on areas beyond technical knowledge. Even though I faced a few setbacks, I remained determined and continued searching for the right opportunity.
In January 2016, I came across a walk-in interview at Syncfusion. What made the experience different was that the interview focused primarily on technical knowledge, giving me the confidence to showcase my abilities. Receiving the offer marked the beginning of a new chapter in my life.
From the day I joined, I found a supportive environment where people were always willing to guide and encourage me. Looking back, I feel grateful to Syncfusion for believing in me and giving me the opportunity that changed my life.
Values I Live By
One value I always try to live by is kindness. I believe the way we speak to people can make a real difference. A kind word or a calm conversation can ease difficult situations, strengthen relationships, and sometimes even change a person’s perspective. That’s why I try to treat everyone with patience and respect, no matter the circumstances.
I also believe in living with contentment. Over the years, I’ve learned to spend on what I truly need rather than what I simply want. For me, happiness doesn’t come from having more—it comes from appreciating what I already have and living within my means. These values help me stay grounded and guide the way I approach both life and people.
People Who Inspired Me
My greatest inspiration has always been my mother. She worked tirelessly to raise our family, taking on responsibilities that went far beyond what was expected of her. Watching her manage everything with determination taught me the value of hard work and resilience.
I have also been inspired by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam. One thought I remember from him is that we are not meant to stay where we feel comfortable — we grow only by stepping outside our comfort zone and embracing challenges. That perspective has encouraged me to keep pushing myself and view every challenge as an opportunity to learn. At work, I also draw inspiration from the leaders around me by observing how they handle people, solve problems, and approach every situation with confidence.
No matter how difficult life gets, keep moving forward. One day, you'll look back and realize you made it through.

More About Me
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
Moments That Make Me Smile
One memory that always makes me laugh happened while my team and I were working on a critical issue. We spent the entire day trying to resolve it but couldn't find a solution. In the end, the system restarted on its own, and the issue was resolved. It was stressful at the time, but looking back, it's one of those moments that still makes me smile.
Beyond moments like that, I also enjoy the lighter side of work. Fun Friday activities, casual conversations with my teammates, and listening to their stories and jokes are memories I truly value. Looking back on those moments always brings a smile to my face because they remind me of the friendships and experiences we shared along the journey.
Key Learnings and Challenges
One of the biggest learning experiences in my career came when I transitioned from being an individual contributor to leading a team. As an engineer, my focus was mainly on completing my own work. Becoming a Team Lead completely changed that perspective. I began to see my team as a family, where everyone's success and well-being mattered just as much as my own.
Leading people wasn't easy at first. Every individual thinks differently, so understanding each person and bringing everyone in the right direction became one of my biggest challenges. Over time, I realized that leadership isn't about managing tasks — it's about building trust, supporting people when they need it, and growing together as a team.
People Who Influenced Me
My former Team Lead, Nigin, had a significant influence on me through the sense of ownership he brought to everything he did. Even when an issue wasn't directly his responsibility, he would step in, take accountability, and stay committed until it was resolved. Watching him work taught me the importance of taking ownership and following through on every responsibility.
Working closely with Vijay Sir has also been a valuable learning experience. The way he approaches challenges, thinks through different situations, and handles people with clarity and confidence has broadened my perspective on leadership.
Advice to Young Minds
The beginning of any career can feel challenging, so don't be discouraged by those initial struggles. Be willing to put in the effort during the early stages, because that's when you build the foundation for everything that follows.
Many of us hope for comfort right from the start, but real growth comes from embracing the learning curve. If you stay committed and keep putting in the effort, what feels difficult today will eventually become second nature.
My Personal Achievement
One of my biggest personal achievements has been building my own house. Growing up, we lived in a small house, and I always dreamed of building one of my own someday. After joining Syncfusion and becoming financially stable, I was able to turn that dream into reality.
For me, building that house is more than just owning a home — it represents how far I have come in life. It reminds me of the financial progress I have made over the years and gives me a sense of fulfillment.
Gratitude Along the Journey
When I look back, I feel deeply grateful to my friend who stood by me during one of the most difficult phases of my life after I lost my mother. He stayed with me in Chennai for nearly six months, simply to make sure I was not alone. Even though he did not have a job in Chennai, he chose to stay by my side and gave me the companionship and emotional support I needed during that difficult time.
His presence gave me the strength to get through those days. I feel truly fortunate to have had a friend like him.
I am also deeply grateful to my wife, whose unwavering support, encouragement, and belief in me have been the foundation of my personal and professional growth. Her patience, sacrifices, and constant motivation have helped me overcome challenges and move forward with confidence. The support of both my friend and my wife has played a significant role in shaping the person I am today.
