My Current Role
I work as a Senior Product Manager for BoldSign, where I oversee key areas of the document sending and signing workflows. My primary focus is on modules such as Templates and Bulk Links, ensuring they continue to evolve to meet customer needs. Along with driving the development of these features, I work closely with customers to understand their requirements, support them in using existing capabilities, and evaluate new feature requests. My role is to ensure that the product continues to deliver a smooth and valuable experience for our users.
My Experience Throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I would describe myself as an introverted person who takes a little time to feel comfortable in new environments. Whenever I step into a new place or meet new people, I tend to be quiet at first. As I become familiar with the surroundings and build connections, I gradually open up and feel more at ease.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my friends, and going to the cinema has always been one of my favorite ways to relax. I spend most of my free time with my family, and those moments together have become the part of life I value the most.
My Career Journey
After completing my college in 2009, I was eager to begin my career in software development. At the time, finding the right opportunity was not easy, and despite attending interviews, I was unable to secure the role I was looking for. I even considered joining a BPO to gain work experience while continuing my search for an opportunity in IT.
Soon after, through a family contact, I got the opportunity to join a small company as a software developer, where I worked for about a year and built my initial experience in the field.
Later, I came across an opening at Syncfusion through Naukri and attended the interview. Joining Syncfusion marked an important milestone in my career. I began my journey with the Diagram team, where I worked from 2012 to 2019, and since then, I have been part of the BoldSign team.
Challenges that Strengthened Me
Some of the most challenging phases of my journey came while working on products that demanded continuous learning and perseverance. One such experience was the Swimlane feature in the EJ1 Diagram. After its initial release, we faced several stability issues, which meant revisiting the implementation and rebuilding it into a more reliable feature.
That experience prepared us for an even bigger challenge when we started building the EJ2 Diagram. Our goal was to bring all the capabilities of EJ1 into the new platform. It required tremendous effort, and many of us chose to work on Saturdays, not because we were asked to, but because we were committed to making the product successful.
A similar phase came during the development of BoldSign. Before the beta release, Stephen sir’s regular feedback helped us to continuously improve the product.
Looking back, these experiences taught me the value of persistence, teamwork, and continuous improvement. More importantly, they gave me the confidence to take on complex challenges with a positive mindset.
Finding a Sense of Belonging
When I joined Syncfusion, I was looking for more than just a job. I wanted a place where I could build a long-term career, and over the years, that is exactly what I found.
In the beginning, I worked in a support role, but I soon realized that my real interest was in product development. The turning point came when I was given the opportunity to work on my first feature. Although I was unsure whether I could complete it successfully, delivering it gave me a tremendous sense of confidence and accomplishment.
From that moment, I knew I had found the kind of work I truly enjoyed. Building new features, solving problems, and contributing to product development made me feel that I was in the right place.
The challenges you face at the beginning of your career are temporary. Stay patient, keep learning, and don't let those initial struggles make you give up.

More About Me
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
A Moment I Would Relive
There are many moments in life that I find myself wishing I could experience again, especially those that bring a sense of peace and contentment. One such experience is my annual trip to Sabarimala. The journey usually lasts about a week and gives me a welcome break from my daily routine. Every time I return, I feel as though I could happily spend another week there.
I feel the same way after visiting my hometown or returning from a memorable trip. Once I am back to my usual routine, I often find myself thinking about those moments and wishing I could relive them. For me, it is those simple experiences of travel, peace, and time away from everyday life that I treasure the most.
Life Beyond Work
Outside of work, I enjoy keeping life simple. I often spend time talking with my friends over the phone, especially in the evenings when things are more relaxed.
A big part of my free time is dedicated to my son. Whether it is playing with him before I start my workday or spending time together in the evenings, those moments have become a special part of my daily routine.
These simple moments with my family and friends help me unwind, stay connected, and bring a sense of balance to life outside of work.
Gratitude Along the Journey
One person I am especially grateful to is my father. In my early days, I was quite hesitant and lacked the confidence to step out and look for opportunities on my own. After completing college, it was through one of his connections that I got the opportunity to join a small software company and begin my career.
That first opportunity became the foundation for everything that followed. It helped me gain experience, grow professionally, and eventually led me to join Syncfusion. Looking back, I feel that if I had not taken that first step into the IT industry, my journey might have been very different.
For believing in me and helping me begin my career, I will always be thankful to my father. His support became a turning point that shaped the path I am on today.
My Personal Achievement
One of the achievements I value most is becoming financially independent. Before joining Syncfusion, I went through a difficult phase financially, but over time, my life became much more stable. Along with that stability came a sense of confidence and respect that both my family and I could feel.
I also take pride in reaching important milestones through my own efforts. Building my home and getting married using my own earnings were moments that meant a great deal to me. Being able to take on those responsibilities independently and create a stable life for myself is something I will always be proud of.
People Who Inspired Me
Personally, one of the people who inspires me is Roger Federer. Professionally, my manager Jegan has had a strong influence on me. What stands out most is his calm and composed approach, even during challenging situations. He never let pressure affect the way he communicated and always treated people with patience and respect. Rather than directing every task, he inspired others to take ownership and complete their responsibilities independently.
The qualities I admire in both of them are remarkably similar. They showed me that true leadership is not about authority, but about staying composed, treating people with respect, and bringing out the best in those around you.
Moments That Make Me Smile
One memory that always makes me smile is the time we used to spend during our lunch breaks near the mango tree on the way from the Eymard building to Saravana Bhavan. Around eight of us would usually gather there after lunch, simply standing together and chatting. Those simple conversations made our lunch break something we always looked forward to.
Even on stressful days, that one hour made everything feel lighter. It gave us a chance to relax, forget about work for a while, and simply enjoy each other's company. Even today, those moments remain some of my happiest memories at work.
