My Current Role
I work as a Product Manager in the Essential Studio team, handling the Web Scheduler and File Manager components. My role involves identifying product improvements, understanding customer needs, setting priorities, and guiding my teams toward successful execution. I also spend time analyzing market trends and competitor offerings to ensure our products continue to deliver value to customers.
My Experience Throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I am a calm and simple person who is always curious to learn and explore something new. I enjoy visiting new places, trying different food, and understanding things beyond my usual experiences. At the same time, I believe in keeping life simple and approaching situations with patience. This mindset has stayed with me over the years and continues to help me stay balanced and composed in both work and life.
My Career Journey
As a child, I always wanted to become an IAS officer. It was more of a dream at that stage, but after completing my schooling, my direction gradually changed. Many of my close friends chose engineering, and being part of that circle influenced my thinking as well. While I was interested in building a career in technology, I decided to pursue BCA and later MCA.
After completing my studies, I began searching for a job. During that period, I happened to meet a school friend who was already working at Syncfusion, and that unexpected meeting became a turning point in my journey. Through him, I learned about an opportunity at Syncfusion and attended an interview, but I was not selected on my first attempt.
I continued trying, and six months later, I got another opportunity. This time, I was selected and joined Syncfusion as a Software Engineer in 2016. Looking back, I feel that the opportunity came at the right time and played an important role in shaping my career.
People Who Influenced Me
Two people who have influenced the way I work are Sellakumar, who was my lead during my early years, and Mahesh Palanisamy, my current manager. What stood out to me most about both of them was their approach to handling work. No matter how demanding the situation was, they remained calm and focused instead of working under pressure or creating unnecessary tension.
Observing their working style taught me that challenges can be handled with patience and clarity. That perspective has stayed with me over the years and continues to influence the way I approach my own work today.
My Advice to Young Professionals
Today, learning has become much easier than it was when I started my career. There are countless tools, resources, and technologies available that can help you learn almost anything. My advice to young professionals is to make learning a daily habit and stay curious about new things.
At the same time, take responsibility for your own growth. Do not wait for opportunities to come to you—keep improving yourself, stay consistent in your efforts, and be willing to adapt as things change. If you continue learning every day, growth will follow naturally.
Life will bring challenges, but they are not the end of the journey. Face them, learn from them, and keep moving forward.

More About Me
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
Bouncing Back from Tough Times
Whenever I face a difficult situation, I first try to understand it and work through it with the right mindset. I believe challenges should be faced rather than avoided. At the same time, I am not hesitant to seek guidance from people who have more experience when I need a different perspective.
In the early stages of my career, there were many situations where I had to learn things on my own while working with limited resources. During those moments, the support of seniors and my willingness to keep learning helped me move forward. These experiences taught me the importance of self-belief, and making the best use of the support available around me.
What Stayed and Changed in Me Since Childhood
One thing that has remained constant in me since childhood is my focus on maintaining my physical well-being through yoga and exercise. I started these practices during my school days and have continued them ever since. Over the years, they have become an integral part of my routine and something I genuinely enjoy.
At the same time, I have changed quite a bit in how I interact with people. During my school days, I preferred staying within a small circle of friends and often hesitated to approach new people. As I gained more exposure and experience, I became more comfortable meeting new people and building new connections. Today, interacting with different people feels much more natural to me than it did in my younger days.
Key Learnings
I started my journey in the IO team, where I worked on big data-related projects. It was a completely new area for me and required me to learn and adapt continuously. Later, when I moved to the web team, I had to adapt once again, this time to web component development and frameworks that were unfamiliar to me.
In the early days, even implementing small functionalities took significant time and effort. Many concepts had to be learned from scratch, and progress often came through patience and consistent practice. Looking back, these experiences taught me that growth does not happen overnight. The more time and effort I invested in learning, the more confident I became. That mindset of continuous learning and persistence continues to guide me in my work today.
A Challenge That Strengthened Me
One of the most significant challenges in my life came after the loss of my father. Growing up, he was the person who guided our family and handled most major decisions and responsibilities. Because of that, I never had to deal with many of those situations on my own.
After losing him, I found myself facing responsibilities that were completely new to me. In the beginning, it was challenging, as I had to make decisions and handle situations that I had always depended on him for. However, over time, I learned to take ownership and trust myself to deal with whatever came my way.
That phase gradually changed my mindset from dependence to independence. Today, I feel more confident in handling responsibilities and navigating difficult situations, and I believe that experience strengthened me personally.
Values I Live By
One value that has always stayed with me is honesty. I have never been comfortable with misleading others, and I believe in being truthful in the way I speak and act. It is a value that has been part of me since childhood and has remained unchanged over the years. No matter the situation, I try to stay honest with myself and the people around me, and it is a principle I continue to follow in my life.
Life Beyond Work
Beyond work, I spend time in our garden and on the farm by doing small agricultural activities, and enjoy the calmness it brings. Along with that, I enjoy traveling, exploring new places, trying new foods and spending time with friends. These moments help me disconnect, recharge, and maintain balance in my daily life.
What Success Means to Me
For me, success is the satisfaction that comes from achieving a goal I have set for myself. If things go as expected, I feel successful. If they do not, I see it as an opportunity to prepare better and improve. More than anything else, success is about being satisfied with my efforts and the outcome of what I do.
Gratitude Along the Journey
After completing my twelfth grade, many of my friends had clear guidance for choosing their career path, but I did not have that direction and felt uncertain about my own. During that phase, I happened to meet my brother’s friend, who was pursuing MCA, and that conversation became a turning point for me. He helped me see a different path and guided towards the software field by choosing BCA and MCA courses. Looking back, that moment played a major role in shaping my career, and I remain deeply grateful for his support.
I am also grateful to my former lead, Sellakumar Krishnamoorthy who has been a strong support throughout my journey. During every difficult situations, his guidance has helped me move forward with confidence.
