My Current Role
I am part of the BoldSign team, where I lead a team of five members, including four developers and one tester. I focus on keeping the team aligned and ensuring smooth delivery through effective planning, progress tracking, and regular team discussions. I also oversee weekly release cycles and production issues to maintain reliable deployments and application stability. Alongside these responsibilities, I contribute technically using technologies such as Vue, React, and .NET, helping drive the product forward while supporting the team’s growth.
My Experience Throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I’m a simple and kind person. I try to live with what I have and move forward without constantly craving more. I understand my limits, stay grounded within them, and aim to be honest in everything I do. By nature, I’m quiet and soft-spoken, and I believe in helping others whenever I’m able to.
My Career Journey
When I was younger, I wanted to join the IPS. I often saw police officers at public functions and was drawn to their discipline and strictness, and more importantly, the service they provided to society. Even after finishing college, I considered giving it a try, but my father advised me not to pursue it. So I set that plan aside and decided to move into IT.
I had already completed my B.Tech in Information Technology, but at that time I didn’t have much exposure to interviews or the industry. I started learning on my own, attended several interviews, and eventually received offers from two companies. I chose Syncfusion because a senior was already working here and spoke to me about the company. The culture, rules, and overall environment felt right to me.
My Perspective on Leadership
I believe a good leader makes sure their guidance is always clear and right, because giving the right direction matters more than giving quick answers. This helps build trust and credibility within the team. Supporting the team during challenging times is just as important. When people know their leader stands with them, it gives them confidence and keeps them motivated and committed to their work.
A strong leader also helps the team improve by addressing mistakes in a constructive way. Instead of repeatedly pointing out errors, they explain what can be done differently and guide the team on how to avoid the same mistakes in the future. Overall, I see a good leader as a reliable guide and mentor—someone who supports, teaches, and leads the team in the right direction.
My Inspiration
Professionally, the managers I’ve worked with have been a big inspiration to me. Each has a different personality and way of working, but what I consistently admire is their positive mindset. One person who stands out is Senthil Sir, my Lead Manager. I truly respect the calmness he brings to everything. Even under pressure, he remains quiet and composed, which has made a strong impression on me.
On a personal level, my father is my biggest inspiration. He has taken on many responsibilities and handled different situations on his own, and the way he has faced life has always inspired me. My mother is equally inspiring. Her sacrifices, care, and quiet support for our family have shaped who I am today.
My wife has also been a constant source of support and motivation. She stands by me through every situation, encourages me during challenging times, and gives me the confidence to keep moving forward. Her support helps me stay focused and positive.
The moments that make us want to give up are often the ones that shape who we become.

More About Me
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
What Stayed in Me Since Childhood
One habit that has always stayed with me is planning. I like to plan my work and follow that plan, because things usually go smoothly when I do. I try to avoid unplanned work as much as possible. If something unexpected comes up, I accept it, but for most things, I prefer knowing what needs to be done and by when.
At work, I feel most comfortable when things move as planned. From the beginning, my approach has been rooted in discipline—planning first and then following through.
What Changed in Me Since Childhood
Earlier, I used to talk a lot and speak openly about everything. Over time, I’ve reduced that. I’ve cut down my circle and limited unnecessary discussions, choosing to keep things simple and just be myself.
Compared to before, I’m more comfortable this way. I enjoy the silence and feel at ease living like this now.
Gratitude Along the Journey
My brother is the one who truly believed in me and felt that IT would be right for me. Even more than I believed in myself, he believed in me. He is my aunt’s son, but he has always been like an elder brother to me.
He is also in the IT field. I used to share things with him, and he would explain many things to me as well. He always told me that IT suited me, and that support meant a lot to me.
Life Beyond Work
Apart from work, I go to the gym regularly, mainly to take care of my health. Earlier, I didn’t have this habit and often felt lazy. When I used to come to the office, even a little walking would make me feel better, but during work from home my physical activity reduced a lot.
After joining the gym, I started feeling much better. When I get back to work, my mind feels fresh, and that really helps. Other than that, I spend my time with my family.
My Personal Achievement
Earlier, there were things I wished to buy, and now I feel proud that I’m able to buy them on my own. Buying a car, for example, has given me a really good feeling. Being able to do all this without depending on anyone else feels like an achievement to me, and it’s something I genuinely feel proud of.
What Success Means to Me
For me, success means being comfortable with where I am right now and putting in the effort to maintain that consistently. It’s not about achieving something once and stopping there, because expectations don’t stop after one achievement. What matters most to me is having a sense of satisfaction in what I do. If that good feeling is there, I believe that is real success.
What Keeps Me Going
There are challenges every day, and something new always comes up, especially with support queries and customer expectations. The product is never really fixed or finished, because customers keep coming in with new requirements. When we consider adding those to the product, I make sure to understand what changes they will bring and how they might affect everything else.
All of these challenges work well for me because there is something to learn every day, and I genuinely enjoy that. Even when a single query comes in, I don’t believe in responding without thinking it through. I take time to analyze the query, look at what competitors are doing, and learn from that process. This continuous learning makes me feel good and satisfied. The opportunity to keep learning is what motivates me, and each new learning gives me a sense of fulfillment.
