Continous Licensing failures

We go get the license and it fails and keeps failing no matter what you do.  The License you DOES NOT WORK.

I was trying to create a little editor for use with our software, and just ran into one stupid roadblock after another. We did manage to get the printing and PDF to work, but that was all, and that is not good enough. We are supposed to have access to all your program elements with a community license. Right now, we feel like second-class citizens. Your chat is only for your big-buck customers, even though we have supposedly been granted a community license, which spends and wastes more time just trying to make the simplest things work.

If you really want to help, in simple terms, show us how to take the license you have granted us ONE TIME ONLY and make it work for everything, so I most certainly do not.

Hi Chris,

We suspect that you have not registered the license key properly in your application.

Syncfusion license keys are major version and product specific, and
the generated license key is just a string that needs to be registered before any Syncfusion control is initiated. Please ensure that you have registered the license key in the entry point of your application.

If you use Syncfusion assemblies from NuGet packages(nuget.org), or if you're upgrading the NuGet packages from one major version to another, such as from v29.* to v30.* , you should generate and register the corresponding version and product license key in your projects to prevent trial license warnings.

Refer to this link for generating license key,

Please, ensure that all the referenced Syncfusion assemblies\NuGet packages version are all on the same version as license key’s version in your project.

Refer to the below KB article to know which version license key should use in the application,
https://support.syncfusion.com/kb/article/7865/which-version-syncfusion-license-key-should-i-use-in-my-application

If the reported issue is still not resolved, please share us the following details to check issue further from our side,

  1. List of Syncfusion NuGet packages\assemblies used and its version,
  2. Registered license key’s version details,
  3. Screenshot of license key registered place in your application,
  4. Target Framework and Platform of your application.

Please let us know if you have any concerns.

Regards,
Prashanth S.
