You can follow the steps provided in the below KB to reset the password for your account and login credentials.
Meanwhile, for your convenience, we have generated the below create password link for your email address (roger@zhole.com) which you can use to reset the password for your account.

Note: The above URL will expire in 3 days(26-Apr-2023) for security reasons.
Once you have reset the password using the above link, you can use your email - roger@zhole.com and the reset password to login to your account using the below link.
https://www.syncfusion.com/account/login
Credentials are common for the installer and syncfusion websites; once you have reset the password, you can use your credentials in both. If there is any firewall restriction on your network, please whitelist our domain (https://install.syncfusion.com) and try to login to the installer. (This is not applicable for Syncfusion website login)
