Yes. Spreadsheet Control have support for right to left direction. We have prepared a sample for this and attached the sample in it.

Hi Mehrdad,

 

By default, Spreadsheet Control align the numeric values in right side and character values in left side. So while changing the component to RightToLeft, numeric values are aligned left side. It is the default behavior. Please refer the attached video. If this is not your requirement, please share more details related to this query with us and its very  helpful for us to understand your requirement clearly and serve you better.
