Alban Favre is the owner and sole developer of BaltoPro, a web and mobile application designed for dog training professionals. BaltoPro allows dog trainers to schedule courses and events and makes it easy for their clients to sign up and schedule appointments.
Challenges
Alban wanted clients to be able to select bookings in his app based on different factors, such as the level of dog training or type of membership, so he needed a scheduling component that would make this process easier. The default controls he was using lacked personalization functions, the community controls were fragmented, and maintenance was an issue. Alban was looking for a better solution. Then he discovered the .NET MAUI, Xamarin, and Blazor components offered by Syncfusion®.
Solution
Using the Syncfusion Essential Studio® components, he was able to develop a user-friendly landing page that allowed advanced behavior in user choices. He found better components for all his UI needs for both Android and iOS, and he started using the Scheduler in the landing page.
Impact
Alban uses the components that Syncfusion® offers to simplify scheduling, personalization, and maintenance for his programs. Implementation of the components was easy to learn, and he is pleased that the company has simple license pricing. He is very satisfied with the user-friendly UI and the flexibility to deploy on web, mobile, or desktop platforms.
