15+ Years
My Current Role
I currently work with the BoldSales team, where my primary responsibility is ensuring the quality and reliability of our product through manual testing. As the product continues to evolve, I focus on validating new features thoroughly and identifying issues before they reach our users. What I enjoy most about my role is knowing that my work contributes to building a reliable product. Every issue identified during testing is an opportunity to improve the user experience, and being part of that process gives me a strong sense of satisfaction.
My Experience throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I’m someone who values simplicity and believes in staying calm, no matter the situation. I like taking responsibility for what I do and approach both my personal and professional life with sincerity and care.
I naturally prefer a peaceful environment where I can stay focused and give my best to whatever I’m doing. I find happiness in life’s simple moments and believe that staying grounded helps me appreciate them even more.
My Career Journey
When I began my career, I knew I wanted to build a future in the IT industry. I had already gained three years of experience working with PHP, but over time, I realized that software testing was the path I truly wanted to pursue. That decision shaped the direction of my career, and I’ve never looked back.
I joined Syncfusion as an experienced Testing Engineer in the Essential Studio Grid team. What started with testing Grid components gradually expanded into opportunities to work on different tools and BI products. Each new responsibility broadened my understanding of product development, strengthened my testing skills, and gave me the opportunity to collaborate with different teams along the way.
My Advice to Young Professionals
Stay curious and never stop learning. Don’t just focus on completing a task – take the time to understand the concepts behind it. A strong foundation will help you adapt to new technologies and challenges throughout your career.
Never hesitate to ask questions or seek guidance when something isn’t clear. Asking questions is one of the fastest ways to learn, and every experienced professional was once a beginner.
Finally, communicate openly. Share your ideas, collaborate with your team, and don’t be afraid to ask for help when you need it. Technical skills are important, but good communication and teamwork will help you grow just as much.
Key Learnings and Challenges
One of the biggest learning experiences in my career has been working across both manual and automation testing. In the early stages of my journey, I gained hands-on experience with automation using TestComplete while also performing extensive manual testing for product releases. Working in both areas helped me understand that each has its own strengths, and together they play an important role in delivering a high-quality product.
As I moved across different teams and products, I had the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies spanning web, mobile, and automation. Every transition required me to learn something new, adapt quickly, and step outside my comfort zone.
Over the years, I’ve realized that the ability to learn and adapt is just as important as technical expertise. Every new technology and responsibility has broadened my perspective and prepared me to take on new challenges with greater confidence.
Growth begins with curiosity. It is shaped by learning and strengthened through consistent effort.

More About Me
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
Reframing My Understanding
One of the biggest changes in my thinking has been my understanding of leadership. Early in my career, I believed that the best way to ensure quality was to do everything myself. I took on every responsibility because I felt that was the only way to achieve the right outcome.
As I stepped into leadership roles, I realized that this approach wasn't sustainable. I learned that leading isn't about doing everything on your own—it's about trusting others, delegating responsibilities, and creating an environment where everyone can contribute.
Today, I see leadership as a shared effort. When people are trusted, supported, and given ownership, they perform with greater confidence, and the team achieves far more than any one individual could alone.
People Who Inspired Me
Personally, my biggest inspiration is my parents. They always stood by me and made countless sacrifices to ensure I received a good education and every opportunity to build a better future. More importantly, they instilled in me the values of discipline, sincerity, and perseverance, which continue to guide me every day.
Professionally, I've been fortunate to work with managers like Sivakumar, Rajasekar, Rajadurai, Christopher Isaac, Samsudeen, and George, each of whom has influenced me in different ways. Their guidance, encouragement, and trust helped me navigate different stages of my career and broaden my perspective. Every one of them contributed something valuable to my journey, and I'm grateful for the lessons I've learned from each of them.
My Perspective on Leadership
To me, leadership is about helping people do their best work. It's not just about assigning responsibilities, but about giving people the clarity, guidance, and support they need to succeed.
I believe clear communication is at the heart of good leadership. When people understand what they're working toward and why it matters, they can take ownership of their work with confidence. Equally important is recognizing their efforts and encouraging them along the way.
I've found that even a few words of appreciation can make a meaningful difference. They build confidence, strengthen trust, and motivate people to keep improving. That's the kind of leader I strive to be —someone who provides clarity, offers support, and celebrates the success of others.
How the Journey Shaped Me
My journey at Syncfusion has shaped me in many ways, both professionally and personally. I began as a Testing Engineer, focusing on product quality while continuously expanding my knowledge of manual and automation testing. Every new product and responsibility helped me build my skills and broaden my perspective.
One of the biggest changes has been my transition into leadership. In the beginning, setting clear goals, guiding a team, and coordinating work effectively felt challenging. It took time to understand how to support people while keeping everyone aligned toward a common goal.
Over the years, I became more confident in planning, guiding, and working with my team. More than anything, this journey has taught me that leadership is not about having all the answers —it's about learning continuously, supporting others, and growing together.
Finding a Sense of Belonging
For me, a sense of belonging comes from knowing that my efforts are recognized. Even a simple word of appreciation after completing a task gives me the confidence that I'm contributing in a meaningful way.
Those moments of encouragement motivate me to keep doing my best and remind me that I'm part of a team that values sincerity and commitment. Over the years, they have strengthened my confidence and made Syncfusion feel like more than just a workplace - it has become a place where I feel supported, valued, and truly at home.
What Keeps Me Going
What keeps me going is a strong sense of responsibility. I believe that when an organization places its trust in us and values our contribution, it's our responsibility to give our best in return.
That belief motivates me to keep improving, take ownership of my responsibilities, and always look for ways to contribute meaningfully. At the end of the day, the satisfaction of doing my work well is what keeps me moving forward.
Life Beyond Work
Outside of work, I cherish every opportunity to spend time with my family, especially my children. Since work keeps me busy, weekends and holidays are the moments I look forward to the most. Being with them helps me relax and recharge.
Whenever I get the chance, I also enjoy travelling with my family and exploring new places. Even if those opportunities are less frequent now, I value every moment we spend together.
For me, life beyond work is simply about being present with the people I love and making every moment with them count.
What Success Means to Me
To me, success is about knowing that the work I do makes a positive difference to my team, my organization, or the people who benefit from it.
I feel the greatest sense of satisfaction when my efforts help solve a problem, support someone, or contribute to a larger goal. Those moments remind me that even small contributions can have a lasting impact.
For me, success is simply about making a positive difference through the work I do.
Moments That Make Me Smile
One of the moments that always brings a smile to my face is our Annual Day celebration at Syncfusion. It's more than just an event - it's a chance to step away from our daily routine, relax, and reconnect with colleagues.
I especially enjoy catching up with teammates and meeting people I don't get to interact with regularly. The conversations, laughter, and shared memories make the day truly special and remind me of the strong relationships we've built over the years.
