My Current Role

I am part of the Bold BI team, where I focus on helping customers successfully adopt and use the product after purchase. I work closely with customers to understand their requirements, provide the right guidance, and support them throughout their journey—from learning the product to moving into production. I focus on helping customers gain real value from Bold BI and feel confident using it in their day-to-day work, while building a positive experience and supporting their long-term success.

About Me

I would describe myself as a calm and fun-loving person who values meaningful connections with others. Growing up as a single child, I was naturally reserved and spent most of my time within a small circle of family and school friends.

As I stepped into my professional life, I was introduced to a much wider world of people and experiences. Building friendships and connecting with colleagues helped me become more outgoing and broadened my perspective. Over time, I grew more comfortable stepping outside my comfort zone and embracing new experiences.

While I still appreciate my quiet moments, I enjoy learning from others and engaging in meaningful conversations. These interactions have played an important role in shaping who I am today.

My Early Dreams

Like many children, my ideas about what I wanted to become changed as I grew up. At different stages, I thought about becoming a teacher and even a tailor, inspired by the people around me.

Everything changed when I first came across the word “software” during my school days. Even though I did not fully understand what it meant at the time, it sparked my curiosity and stayed in my mind. From then on, I began seeing myself as a future software engineer.

Later, after completing twelfth standard, there were suggestions to explore other career paths, including medicine. However, I was clear about the direction I wanted to take. I chose engineering and stayed committed to that goal, which eventually led me to join Syncfusion as a software developer.

Finding a Sense of Belonging

I first felt a sense of belonging during the interview process itself. The strong focus on programming skills stood out to me because it was something I genuinely enjoyed and felt confident in. For the first time, I felt that my strengths were being recognized, and that gave me the feeling that I had found the right place.

That feeling only grew stronger after I joined the team. Over the years, we worked through challenging projects and tight deadlines, but the support and encouragement from our leads and managers always helped us move forward with confidence. Even during difficult phases, there was always a shared belief that we could overcome obstacles together and achieve our goals.

Being part of a team that supported one another, stayed committed through challenges, and celebrated successes together made the experience even more meaningful. More than the work itself, it was the people and the collaborative spirit around me that gave me a strong sense of belonging.

A Challenge That Strengthened Me

One of the most challenging experiences in my career was being part of a major effort to restructure a large portion of our product’s codebase. Since different modules had been developed by different teams over time, the code followed various structures and approaches. The goal was to bring everything into a more consistent and maintainable structure without affecting the existing functionality.

I worked on one of the product’s largest modules, where the challenge was not just redesigning the structure, but ensuring the product continued to function smoothly. It required careful analysis, extensive testing, and continuous problem-solving to overcome the challenges we encountered along the way.

Although it was demanding, the experience strengthened me in many ways. It gave me a deeper understanding of how the product works from end to end and helped me develop a broader perspective on designing and building features. More importantly, it strengthened my patience, attention to detail, and confidence in handling complex challenges with ownership and persistence.

What Stayed and Changed in Me Since Childhood

One thing that has stayed with me since childhood is the ability to face fear. During my school days, I often participated in inter-school competitions because my teachers encouraged me to take part. Even when I felt nervous or unsure of myself, I would still step forward and give it a try.

Over time, that mindset became a part of who I am. Whether it is speaking in meetings, interacting with senior leaders, or handling challenges at work, I prefer to face situations directly rather than avoid them.

The same applies to mistakes. If something does not go as planned, I believe in acknowledging it, finding a solution, and moving forward. This willingness to face challenges has helped me handle situations with greater confidence throughout my life.
