10+ Years
My Current Role
I am part of the Bold BI Support team, where I focus on understanding customer concerns, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and the technical team. I also support and guide my team, helping them improve their skills, build confidence, and grow independently over time. In my role, I strive to balance customer trust, team growth, and product quality to create a positive experience for both customers and the team.
My Experience Throughout My Journey
This could include my life experiences, challenges overcome, personal growth, and lessons learned.
About Me
I am a disciplined and organized person who likes doing things in a neat and structured way. Whether it is work or personal life, I usually prefer planning things properly and staying committed to responsibilities. I also try to remain calm and composed while handling situations, especially in professional environments.
Outside of work, I am more easygoing and enjoy watching movies, spending time with family, and playing outdoor games, which help me relax and recharge.
My Career Journey
From a young age, my biggest dream was to become a police officer. During my school days, especially around 9th standard, I even used to do daily exercises with that goal in mind.
Later, after scoring well in both 10th and 12th standard, many people around me encouraged me to pursue higher studies, particularly engineering. Around the same time, seeing someone from my village build a career through engineering and work in Bengaluru also inspired me to explore that path.
That eventually led me to pursue a degree in ECE and move to Chennai in search of opportunities. I started my career by working in a small startup to gain experience, even without a salary during the initial months.
Around that phase, one of my friends informed me about an opportunity at Syncfusion. I attended the interview, got selected, and joined the company as a Software Engineer, which became the beginning of my professional journey.
My Advice to Young Professionals
One Thirukkural that has stayed with me since my school days is:
“Ethilaar kutrampol thankutram kaangirpin,
Theedundo mannum uyirkku”
Its meaning is simple, before pointing out others’ mistakes, we should first think about what we can improve within ourselves. That is something I have always tried to follow in both life and work. I believe people grow better when they focus on improving themselves step by step instead of constantly blaming situations or others around them. It is a mindset I would encourage every young professional to develop in their journey.
My Best Appreciation
One of the most meaningful appreciations I received in my journey came directly from customers. During my time in support, receiving positive feedback and five-star ratings from them gave me a great sense of satisfaction.
More than the ratings themselves, what stayed with me was the feeling that my work genuinely helped someone solve a problem. Knowing that customers appreciated the effort and trusted the support I provided meant a lot to me.
Even today, that kind of appreciation remains one of the most valuable recognitions in my journey.
Don’t wait for big achievements to feel happy. Some of life’s best moments come from doing what you love and valuing the simple things along the way.

More About Me
Additional insights into my interests, experiences, and traits that shape my journey and perspective.
People Who Inspired Me
Professionally, Varadharajan and Selvamani were two people who influenced me deeply. More than technical learning, I admired the calmness and patience with which they handled both work and people.
What stayed with me most was their approach to leadership. They showed me that leadership is not about creating fear, but about guiding people in the right direction and helping them grow through mistakes. Watching the way they supported and led others slowly changed the way I looked at responsibilities and leadership myself.
Even today, their calm approach, clarity in handling situations, and the trust they placed in people continue to influence the way I work.
How the Journey Shaped Me
When I entered the IT field, I had very little confidence and was someone who mostly stayed within my comfort zone. Over the years, working with different teams and taking on new responsibilities gradually changed me.
I became more comfortable communicating with people, expressing my thoughts, and handling situations independently. Looking back, this journey helped me grow into a more confident person.
Memorable Feedback
One of the most valuable pieces of feedback I received in my career was about improving my communication skills. Earlier, I was mostly comfortable staying within development work and was hesitant to interact confidently in broader discussions and responsibilities.
That feedback made me realize how important communication is for both personal and professional growth. Slowly, I started working on the way I communicated and expressed my thoughts more clearly.
Over time, that improvement changed the way I approached work and gave me the confidence to take on responsibilities beyond development. Looking back now, it became one of the biggest turning points in my professional journey.
My Perspective on Leadership
For me, leadership starts with setting the right example through our actions and behavior. If we expect discipline, responsibility, and professionalism from our team, we should first practice those qualities ourselves.
I also believe people perform better when they feel supported and guided clearly. For me, leadership is not just about managing work, but about helping people grow with confidence and trust.
What Success Means to Me
For me, success is not defined by titles, salary, or reaching a particular destination. I believe success is much simpler than that—if I feel genuinely happy, peaceful, and satisfied with my life, that itself is success.
More than constantly chasing something bigger, I value the ability to appreciate what I already have and live with a sense of fulfillment.
Gratitude Along the Journey
Personally, I feel most grateful to my wife. She has brought a lot of positivity and balance into my life and has changed the way I look at many things. Her support and understanding have played an important role in my personal growth.
Professionally, I am grateful to my friend Prince, who has been a constant support throughout different phases of my career. Even though we worked across different teams and roles over time, we always stayed connected and stood by each other. Having someone who remained close through different phases of life and career is something I truly value.
